Joseph M. Davis, NBCT, M.S.
Mr. Davis has been a business teacher and soccer/lacrosse coach for the last 19 years at C. Milton Wright. He brings a wealth of knowledge into the classroom from his 20+ years of experience in a family business, as well as his B2B sales experience. He holds a Master's Degree from Towson University and a National Board Certification. He is the current department chair.

Caitlin Guadagno
Mrs. Guadagno graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing. Additionally, she is certified in CPR/AED and Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA). Prior to joining the Mustang family in 2021, she was employed as a Business Assistant at Churchville Family Dentistry working alongside the owner in business tasks which included developing email campaigns, writing creative content for blogs, website management, and social media promotion for the thriving office. Additionally, she was responsible for handling the accounting of the owner’s second office location, Delmarva Smile Corner in Salisbury, Maryland.

Elizabeth Larson, M.S.
Mrs. Larson earned a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Economics as well as a Masters in Business Administration. She worked for AT&T Capital and BP before staying at home with her 3 children. She has been teaching high school business since 2012.
