The purpose of Wright Athletic Boosters, Inc. shall be to actively support the athletic programs of C. Milton Wright High School by encouraging parent, student, and community involvement, standing behind strong moral character and good sportsmanship, promoting academic excellence and to foster greater school spirit and pride. This support will include, but not be limited to, annual scholarships, uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, major improvement projects, etc. for athletic purposes, as agreed to by voting members.
Wright Athletic
Boosters, Inc. formed in the Spring of 2023 re-opening the concession stand and offering athletic wear year-round for all sports. We started a full kickoff this Fall recruiting members, selling banners to be displayed in the stadium, by the baseball field and in the gym over the winter and added to our concession stand offerings. Also, we will be offering two scholarships to senior athletes to be awarded at the Senior Sports Banquet in May.
In our short timeframe, we have been able to purchase the scoring table for our indoor sports, assist with uniform purchases for field hockey, boys' volleyball and wrestling and purchase catcher’s equipment for softball. As we continue to raise funds, our goal is to be able to contribute at a higher level to team uniform purchases, assist with logo on the new turf field and other needs identified by the coaches and Athletic Director.
