Art

Welcome to the C. Milton Wright Fine Arts Program!

Visual media is one of the oldest and most powerful means of communication we have. The lessons in the department are designed to help students master their expressive visual language. Just as we learn to read and write, so must we learn to speak the language of art.  Art making helps students develop their intellectual, emotional, and social abilities. Art instruction benefits all students.
The Art Department is dedicated to developing artistic talents of our students through a comprehensive arts program. Students will expand their knowledge through studio experiences that offer a variety of medium and technique exploration, exposure to historical foundations, and aesthetic traditions.

The fine art preparation course is a foundation course for advanced courses and SATISFIES THE FINE ART GRADUATION REQUIREMENT.
